Sheen is a content creator, business coach, social entrepreneur, consultant, scientist and a champion for girls’ education. Originally from Mauritius, she completed a MEng in Materials Science from the University of Oxford and a PhD in spinal research from the University of Cambridge.

Sheen joined Oliver Wyman in Dubai as a strategy consultant and is now Chief Operations Officer of a tech startup based in Dubai. She is also the co-founder of ProfessionElle Network, the largest UAE based networking group for women.

She founded Project Access for Refugees and gave her first ever TedX talk on girls education in 2021, being the first Woman from Mauritius to have graduated from both Oxford and Cambridge. She is also a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, UK.
