- Do call Granola “Granola.” Don’t say “Granola AI” or “Granola dot AI.”
- Do talk about how Granola is there to help you and others in meetings, but don’t say Granola replaces anyone – Granola is about augmenting/helping you and others, not replacing.
- If you’re talking about how Granola doesn’t join meetings, you should say that people should still ask the other person’s permission to use Granola. No need to go over the top on this though; just a very short, subtle note is fine and shouldn’t be headline messaging.
- Do align with your usual content tone.
- Do show how you would use Granola personally.
- Do include the provided UTM link in your description/top comment.

🚫 Don’t say

- Granola is a “note taker."
- Granola is an AI notepad – this matters because Granola is a notepad where you take notes first, which are then enhanced by Granola’s AI and context.
- Don’t say that Granola takes your place in a meeting; it expressly doesn’t.
- Granola is there to augment you and help you focus, lean in and be more present in meetings.
- Don’t say that Granola “records” a meeting. You should say it transcribes.
- Don’t refer to Granola as a “bot,” or competitors as “creepy note-takers.”
- Don’t actively bash our competitors; we can talk about our features and how they compare, but we shouldn’t actively disparage others at our expense.
