Aloha, I'm Iwo Szapar.
I build AI systems for people who want better work, not more tools.
I co-founded AI Maturity Index with Harvard researchers. It was acquired by ISG (Nasdaq: III) in January 2026 after 7,000+ assessments across 75 countries and 400K+ data points.
Before that, I spent years in remote work. I co-founded Remote-how, built the world's first remote work certification, helped 3,000+ organizations, and brought 11,000+ people into Remote Future Summit.
Now I'm building Second Brain and Second Brain Factory.
Second Brain is my personal AI work system turned product. It helps consultants, founders, and operators keep memory, context, clients, tasks, and workflows in one place. It did $52K in 3 months before the AIMI exit.
Second Brain Factory is the next step: a platform that lets creators package their expertise into working AI systems their audience can buy and use.
