About me
My name is Ryan Horton, and I've been a collegiate strength and conditioning coach and sports scientist for over 20 years. I've coached at the University of Tennessee, Georgia Tech and am currently the Head Football Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University at Buffalo.
The Daily Workouts started as a daily workout that I sent out to friends, family and former athletes who were always hitting me up for a workout plan. It has since grown into what it is today, a daily workout (along with training tips and advice) that is followed by thousands of people, 5 days a week.
